The project of this single-family house is located in the area of Son Vida, in Mallorca. It is a residential area very close to the center and characterized by its tranquility and surrounded by several golf courses.
The house occupies 450m2 on a 2000m2 plot and is divided into two floors. What is unusual about the architecture of this area is that the rooms are on the lower floor, while the common areas are on the upper floor. In this way the pool area is higher and gains a lot in terms of views. The design of the interior stands out for the maximum study of every detail and for the elements made to measure for this house.
