VAD House, Ibiza

Two platforms that levitate over the sea and release internal spaces to link them with their immediate surroundings.
The rehabilitation of this house begins by demassing a compact volume to make it light, to transformn it in a lookout to the Mediterranean Sea. Annex volumes adhere to the horizontals completing the program and materializing themselves through wooden slats. The main structure is transformed to adapt to new users.
